MISSION, VISION, VALUES
The Good Shepherd Sisters' mission is to promote the dignity and the human rights of every person, in particular, women and children. Human Rights of every person particularly women and children. Inspired by Jesus, the Good Shepherd, we work to help create a world where all human beings can enjoy a life of bliss and dignity.
In the tradition of Saint Mary Euphrasia Pelletier, their founder, the Good Shepherd Sisters established a network of people and programs in Lebanon and Syria to renew hope in all underprivileged, marginalized and oppressed persons, particularly women, girls and children.

MERCY, DIGNITY, COMPASSION, JUSTICE, PEACE, RECONCILIATION, TOLERANCE
By joining efforts with other international organizations fighting for justice and the defense of human rights, particularly those of women and children, the GSS and their partners in Lebanon and Syria, as well as all over the world, are actively involved in implementing the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals to deliver results for every child and every woman.
